The schedule for 2009 is now on the Texas Book Festival’s website. Yay!
You can go online and start choosing who you want to go see and mapping out your walk from event to event.
Don’t forget to come visit me at the Austin Museum of Art. I’ll be there all day, both days of the Festival. To entice you to walk a couple of blocks down Congress Ave., here’s the AMOA lineup:

As Chair of the events at AMOA, I don’t get to see any of the rest of the Festival. That’s okay. We have fun, host the best writers, artists and photographers and have the best volunteers.

Fun for those in the area!
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm in Atlanta right now, and that's as far west as I'm going for a while...
Hey Diane, we're just a hop, skip and plane ride from Atlanta.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful festival, Helen. Wish I were there (for more reasons than one). We're socked in with fog here on the mountain top at 38 degrees. :)
ReplyDelete38 degrees? Jean, around here that's a winter day - and we don't get many of them, even in winter!
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to stop in and check out your blog. I'm also participating in NaBloWriMo 2009, and I thought it would be a great thing to visit everyone else that was brave enough to sign up.
By the way, I love that we're both Helens :)
The Festival sounds fabulous, and I hope you have tons of fun!
Hello Helen - you don't see many Helens anymore. It's an "old" name. Maybe it'll make a comeback.
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to visit 5 NaBloWriMo blogs each day. Thank you for stopping by. Come back again.
It certainly sounds like fun!
