I’ve known Diane for years. I'm not sure whether we met through the Writers’ League of Texas or Sisters in Crime. She’s no longer on the board of the League and I’m no longer the Executive Director, but we’re still friends.
Her latest book, The Trophy Exchange, is the first in her new Lucinda Pierce series. I feel like Lucinda’s great Aunt Helen (the crazy one they keep in the attic) since I got to read the manuscript before Severn House bought it.
