I don't even own an e-reader,...It is cool to watch. I don't even own an e-reader, and yet I can feel the excitement. I'm one of the T-Rexs who want to hang onto paper books. And yet if there are dinosaur sheep, I'm one of those. I'll follow along and eventually embrace the new. I got rid of my typewriter when I could no longer get ribbons. I put aside my yellow pad and now write on a computer. I don't have an address book; I've used my PDA for years.<BR/><BR/>And, like you, I have shelves of books. My husband built floor to ceiling shelves in the closet in my office. I'm already running out of space. I give books for Christmas. Guess eventually I'll give certificates for downloads.<BR/><BR/>Stomping my dinosaur foot and trying to hang on to the past won't do much.
